Account and registration
No. We at gatcha require one account per person. Our terms of use explicitly prohibit multi-accounting. If we detect duplicate accounts linked to the same email, phone number, payment method, or government ID, we close all associated accounts and forfeit any outstanding balance. Multi-accounting is often used to circumvent bonus limits, breach KYC safeguards, or exploit withdrawal rules — we treat it as a breach of our terms. If you have forgotten your password or lost access to your existing gatcha account, use our password-recovery tool or contact our support team to regain access to your original account.
Our gatcha KYC process requires a government-issued ID (national identity card, passport, or driver's license with photo and expiry date) and proof of address (utility bill, rental agreement, or bank statement dated within 3 months).
